By purchasing from MassBloom Art, you agree to these terms. MassBloom Art sells digital products — printable coloring pages and painting tutorials — delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped at this time.

All artwork, coloring pages, and tutorials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for yourself, family, or classroom use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files themselves, and you may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Digital products are provided "as is." MassBloom Art isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from their use.

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

MassBloom Art collects only what's needed to fulfill your order: your email address, used to send your download link and order confirmation. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — MassBloom Art never sees or stores your card details.

Order and payment data is handled by Stripe, transactional email is sent via Resend, and the site is hosted on Netlify. Each of these providers may retain standard technical logs (e.g. for fraud prevention or delivery) under their own privacy policies.

Your email is used only to deliver your purchase and respond to support requests — it is not added to a marketing list or shared with third parties for advertising. The site uses PostHog to understand aggregate traffic and shopping patterns (e.g. which pages are visited and whether a purchase is completed). This involves a cookie/local storage identifier tied to your browser, but not your name or email, and this data is never combined with your order information.

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final — MassBloom Art does not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If you run into a problem with your download (a broken link, a corrupted file, or you purchased the wrong item), email hello@massbloomart.com and it will be made right.
